I have received many emails regarding what a youth ministry “Game Plan” looks like. So below is a video that was recorded as I review our own game plan with my adult volunteers. Thank you so much for posting that video! I had a lightbulb moment myself as the funnel effect took shape. I am a volunteer Youth worker in a small church, but can see how even with my low numbers this can work… We can grow our Youth ministry and most importantly the love our Youth have for Christ by implimenting this very simple “game plan.” I look forward to sharing our progress with you.
