This fun, exciting, and interactive seminar allows participants to learn youth ministry strategies that really work! Each class session models games, activities, and learning strategies that engage teenagers and adults alike. In the seminars, youth leaders will laugh, think, discuss, plan, and have a great time doing it!
Some of the different seminars available are:
Youth Ministry Growth/ Youth Leader Training
This seminar focuses on the philosophy and techniques needed to grow and maintain an effective and dynamic youth ministry in the local church. Participants learn the signs of an effective youth ministry, the necessity and how-to of a youth ministry game plan, the attributes of effective youth leaders, how to design and implement curriculum with engaging teaching strategies, techniques for monitoring and managing student conduct, and much, much more.
The target audience is pastors, church leaders, youth leaders (professional and volunteer) as well as interested parents.
Teacher Training
A great youth ministry must have great teaching! This seminar is designed to train teachers of all age groups on the importance and how-to techniques to make classes come alive and keep students coming back for more and more. With tips on preparation techniques, writing objectives, setting up classrooms, designing age appropriate activities, following up students, and more, everyone will leave this seminar a better prepared teacher of the Word.
Target audience is current or interested teachers in all age departments of the church.
One to One Youth Ministry Mentoring
Do you need a vision and training for youth ministry but do not have enough staff to host a Good Things are Happening Seminar at your church? Then come to beautiful Central Florida and spend four days working side by side with Greg learning all of the principles taught in the leadership training seminar. Spend quality one on one time working through youth ministry discussions, strategies, and challenges.
The Nehemiah Mission – Leadership Development for Teenagers
Today’s teens will be leading the church tomorrow; will they be ready? Teenagers are capable of great leadership and that same leadership can be applied now in a youth ministry. This fun, interactive, and spiritually challenging seminar equips and inspires kids to step up to the call to be young men and women of God. Through direct instruction, group activities, and discussions, every young person will leave this seminar ready to make a difference for the Kingdom of God right now!
Loving Your Parents without Losing Your Mind
For many, many families, it is a fact of daily life; teenagers and parents struggling to get along with one another. In this fun, interactive seminar, students will learn what God’s Word teaches on parents and authorities in their lives and learn the daily practical ways of loving and obeying their parents without losing their minds!
Target audience would be youth from 12-18 years old.

Let’s Get Started!
This is fun and challenging consultation module is for those faithful workers who are starting from the beginning in their youth ministries. Using scheduled phone visits or personal meetings*, receive all of the coaching needed to get the youth ministry up and running. Training will include designing a youth ministry game plan, recruiting volunteers, reaching out to students, setting up youth meetings complete with activities and devotions, outreach to parents, managing and monitoring student behavior at youth events, curriculum development and much more! This package is perfect for those churches in “start-up” mode for their youth ministries.
Youth Ministry/Leader Development
Via Email and scheduled phone visits, clients will receive training, motivation, problem solving, and resources to support all of their youth ministry needs as they continue the journey towards effective youth ministry. This consultation is the best follow up to the GTAH Youth Growth and Leader training Seminar.
Christian Education/Teacher Development
Via Email and scheduled telephone visits, clients will receive the training, advice, information, and resources they need to both teach effectively but also teach others to teach effectively.
